A. United States: State-Specific Rights

Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, Kentucky, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, and Virginia), you have the following rights:

  • Right to Opt-Out: You may opt out of the "sale" of your personal information or the sharing of your data for Targeted Advertising.
  • Universal Opt-Out Signals: As of 2026, our app and website are configured to honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser or device sends this signal, we will automatically treat it as a request to opt-out of tracking.
  • Sensitive Data Consent: We will not process "Sensitive Personal Information" (e.g., precise geolocation, biometric data, or health info) without your affirmative opt-in consent.
  • No Discrimination: We will not deny you service or change your pricing because you exercised your privacy rights.

For users in the EEA and UK, Bisaria LLC is the "Data Controller."

  • Data Transfers: If we transfer your data outside the EEA/UK (e.g., to US-based servers), we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and perform Transfer Impact Assessments to ensure your data remains protected.

C. EU AI Act Compliance (New for 2026)

If you interact with AI features in our app:

  • AI Disclosure: We use AI models to provide intelligent training recommendations and content generation features.
  • Human Oversight: We ensure that our AI-driven decisions are subject to human review where they impact your legal rights or significant safety interests.
  • AI Content Labeling: In compliance with 2026 transparency laws, all AI-generated content (images or long-form text) within the app is digitally watermarked or labeled as "Generated by AI."

D. Children's Privacy (COPPA & State Youth Laws)

Our app is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in certain states like Oregon and New York).

  • Age Verification: In compliance with the 2026 App Store Accountability Acts, we utilize platform-level age signals (Apple/Google) to ensure users meet the required age threshold for data collection.
  • No Targeted Ads for Minors: We strictly prohibit targeted advertising and data sales for any user we know to be under the age of 18.
